Standard or Bespoke Washroom Products
At Dudley Industries, we offer an extensive selection of standard washroom products from various ranges including our popular Platinum, Plasma, Classic and Behind the Mirror ranges. Ordering from our standard ranges often come with faster delivery timeframes, perfect for when you’re working toward a tighter schedule.
However, we understand that a one size fits all approach doesn’t work for everyone. This is why we can offer bespoke solutions tailored to your specifications. This may include custom branding or tailoring your products to specific functional and aesthetic requirements. Lead times are obviously longer for bespoke solutions, usually around 4-6 weeks, but we will confirm this with you at the point of approval.

How We Work with Clients
1. Initial Enquiry
You can start by contacting Dudley Industries via our website, phone, or email. In your initial enquiry, we’ll collect some basic information such as products you’re interested in and any additional requirements that may be beneficial for us to know at this stage e.g., your timeline or customisation needs.
Alternatively, you can add products you’re interested in directly to an enquiry form from our washroom product pages.
2. Consultation
A member of the sales team will follow up to explore your needs in more detail. We’ll discuss specifications such as:
- Your timeline and project scope
- Product preferences (standard or bespoke)
- Number of washrooms and expected number of units required
- Branding or customisation requirements
If bespoke elements are required, the team will advise on design feasibility, minimum order quantities, and production timelines.
3. Design & Specification
For bespoke orders, the in-house design team will collaborate with you to finalise product designs, finishes, branding elements, and technical details. For standard orders, they help you select the best-fit products from our existing washroom ranges.
4. Manufacturing
All manufacturing takes place in Dudley Industries in-house Lancashire facility, which holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. The team ensures each product meets high standards for durability, hygiene and aesthetics.

5. Delivery
- Standard products: Shipped within 3 working days (from stock).
- Bespoke items: Up to 4–6 weeks lead time, or more depending on project complexity.
- Delivery available across mainland and non-mainland UK; shipping costs are confirmed at the quotation stage, but we will always choose the most cost-effective option for your shipment and timescales.

6. Installation & Support

Dudley Industries stands by the quality of its products with industry-leading warranties:
- 10-year warranty on all non-powered dispensers
- 3-year warranty on electrical or powered units (e.g., hand dryers)
Warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use. For full details or claims, units must be returned in good condition with proof of purchase.
