    Overview

    In late 2021, experienced construction company Rolfe Contracting Ltd began work with Dudley Industries on a new bathroom fit-out project in Manchester. The building’s occupants, a well-known financial services business, required a thorough refurbishment of the washrooms on 7 floors of its building. As part of the scheme, it would require new cabinets with built-in soap dispensers, as well integrated electric hand dryers.

    Approach

    The project architect was already familiar with Dudley Industries and, accordingly, it based its designs on the 600mm wide Modulo Slimline Cabinets. These were specified at the design stage and, in all, 48 units were required. In addition to producing the cabinets and dispensers, bespoke infill panels were also designed and manufactured. These ensured that the cabinets would fit seamlessly into the washroom spaces. The project was completed successfully in 2023 and formed the basis for an excellent working relationship with Rolfe Contracting.
