We are pleased to announce that our Modulo Slimline ‘Behind the Mirror’ range took third prize in the ‘Product of the Year’ category in the 2023 Tomorrow’s FM Awards.
The Modulo Slimline range is a space-saving washroom system that places a choice of dispensers securely behind a lockable mirror. This affords important benefits in terms of aesthetics, light, tamper-resistance and product reliability. Its modular elements include a manual soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, auto-cut paper towel dispenser and hand dryers.

The Modulo Slimline range was designed directly in response to customer feedback and the need to provide robust hygiene solutions in what can often be very small spaces. All the results were determined by reader votes, so to achieve such a notable place in such a hard-fought category reflects the range’s genuine popularity within the industry.
Our Design and Engineering Manager Andy Marsh was responsible for the concept behind the product. Speaking shortly after the announcement, he said: “I’m obviously very pleased that so many people voted for the Modulo system. It’s certainly been a hit with customers and it’s also been very well received by architects and specifiers on platforms such as NBS Source. I think we really got it right, here, and the market has responded accordingly.”
Marketing Manager Chrissie Rowlinson, who co-ordinated the market launch, was equally pleased. She said: “The Modulo system is a classic example of a product that has been developed to meet a real customer need. The whole team has made a great effort, gathering market intelligence, refining designs and rolling out a product that allows customers to use it in a variety of ways; in ways that suit their own particular business and maintenance models. The customer response was immediately positive and, in view of its versatility, I think it’s going to continue to be very popular.”
