What is the return policy?

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or packing slip. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Items purchased online or in-store may be returned to any store. How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. For example, any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited back to a gift card. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days. What is the policy for late/non-delivery of items ordered online?

Our local teams work diligently to make sure that your order arrives on time, within our normaldelivery hours of 9AM to 8PM in the recipient's time zone. During busy holiday periods like Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day, we may extend our delivery hours before 9AM and after 8PM to ensure that all gifts are delivered on time. Brackets are fitted to the wall, and the cabinet is mounted on and fixed to the brackets. That is the installation completed.

The wall brackets can be fitted by a single operative but due to the weight and size of the cabinet, it requires two people to lift the cabinet into place.

No, no washroom refurbishment is required prior to the installation. The cabinets are designed to be installed with existing décor. The wall brackets are simply fixed to the current decor and cabinets are hung from them.

How do the maintenance team refill the dispensers?

The mirrored glass door conceals the dispensers, this is also locked to protect the contents. When unlocked the door lifts up, it is supported by gas-filled struts to make lifting it open light and easy. The paper towels can be placed into the dispenser from the top of the unit and the soap poured into the reservoir.

The cabinets also provide an integrated shelf to store spare consumables making the refill process quick and easy.

What if I don’t want a full cabinet but still want to put dispensers behind an existing mirror?

If you are building your own cabinet or already have a recess the Modulo Slimline range also provides shelf-only options. These are base shelves available in 600mm and 1200mm widths with dispenser fixings in place.
